Hey, guys, James Martinez here and I don’t know, I don’t feel cold, it’s wet September, September 3rd, I don’t feel cold, but oh man, I’m happy. I’m like a kid on Christmas morning. Why is that, you ask? Because if you’re a business owner or you do even a small percentage of your business via Facebook, you just got a present and you don’t even know it. OK, so what am I talking about?
I am partnered in a software that will take your Facebook messaging, right? If you do any business via Facebook, it will take your Facebook messaging and take it to another level. Right. Because so many people, so many entrepreneurs and business owners and and then even business owners, people who just do business and, you know, Facebook kind of mingles your worlds. So it’s nice to be able to untangle it. Right. So, you know, the software that I’m partnered in helps you to untangle those two lives.
And you can actually not only on of these things, but you can actually create a full blown CRM customer relationship management system within your Facebook. OK, so let me show you this software. If you give me about ten minutes tops, I think or I don’t know, sometimes I run long, especially with this because I’m so excited. But take the time. Watch this video. Even if you do 10 percent of business on Facebook, you’re going to realize this software is a no brainer.
So let’s take a look at what I’m talking about here. So we’re talking about doing business on Facebook, right? So let’s go to Facebook. OK, so we’re on Facebook and now, you know, let’s say I’m in my I know I have a bunch of stuff going on in my inbox. Right. I got some. Let’s take a look. Let’s just, you know, I got some work to do. OK, well, I hop into my messenger, right.
What happens on Messenger? You’ve got this slew of conversations. Look, it’s just, you know, who are all these people? What are all these conversations? Which of these conversations can help me to make money? Which of these conversations are just friends? Which of them are family? It’s just it becomes kind of a mess. Right. So that is where this software helps you out. And what is it? It’s called Genius, a messenger CRM.
OK, and this this software, I don’t know. I’m just so excited about it. I love it. So let me show you what it does. Right. So we’re in my inbox right now. And if I go into to my genius messenger, OK, you may see here right when I first check into it, I have all of these blocks. Now, you’re probably saying, what are these blocks? Well, guess what? These are my categories of, you know, of people that I have within my you know, my my Facebook, OK, my Facebook messenger inbox.
OK, so now, you know, one of the great things is that, you know, everybody knows nowadays is, you know, people just it doesn’t go, hi. Hello. Great. You know, I do this great. Can I buy it. Yes. Great. OK, have a nice day. No it doesn’t work like that. Right. You got to nurture leads, you got to work, you know, you got to establish relationships which is fantastic.
And social media has become very, very, you know, you know, really, really, you know, important for that to build that business relationship. Right. So what we have here is a way to categorize all these people. Right. So, you know, maybe, you know, I have here a group of Facebook ads and PPC leads. Right. These are people who I think maybe are interested in doing some Facebook marketing. Right.
Some Google ads or something like that. If I come over here, you know, these are people who may be interested in software that I have, like this software you’re watching right now. OK, so so what is this? These are the categories of people or these this is my somewhat pipeline or my organization of these people within my Facebook inbox. OK, so now you say, all right, well, that’s kind of weird. You know, they’re just kind of sitting in this little separate box, right?
Well, yes, they’re sitting there. But let me show you how this box interacts with your Facebook messenger. OK, so first things first. You know, there’s a the best little switch right here is show labels and Facebook and boom, you probably saw these boxes pop up. Now, these are the these categories here coincide with these, right? These are the same thing. So if you look and see this dark blue right. Website leads, right.
These are people who I just have in here saying that they’re interested in a website. They’re all listed as dark blue. So now if I come over here and I say, well, you know, Maya’s interested in a website, right? And then I could just click website. Right. So now I’d go back to Genius Messenger CRM and now Maya is added, OK, so it’s it’s literally instantaneous. These people are within these groups, like immediately, OK, and then I could take them out as well.
OK, so now she’s back to not being interested. She I pulled her out. I deleted her out of that, that group. Right.
So. Like that alone is fantastic because, look, now I could scroll through and I said, oh, look, you know, here’s friends. You know, I have friends, family, website, lead software leads, partners, online reputation leads. Right. You know, one of the great things, let’s say website leads are really, really important to me. I make the most money on them now. You know, you don’t sell websites.
You know, think about this for your business, how you would categorize these people, but maybe website leads are, you know, more important to me. So when I hit my CRM, I want to look at my website leads and say, all right, who haven’t I’ve spoken to? Who do I need to get in touch with? What’s what you know, so I can organize my people into these categories and then organize the categories themselves. You know, like maybe I want to focus on, you know, online reputation.
Right. I want these these business owners really need to get more five star reviews, and I want to help them with that. Right. So that’s you know, I could set the precedent of whoever is most important. OK, so that’s one of the fantastic things, is ordering these people and then putting them in these, you know, buckets, so to speak. Right. And now it just it’s just getting started. The fantastic isms are just starting.
Right. So now let’s say let’s say I spoke to somebody a while ago, like I think I spoke to this company to friends. Right. A while ago. Now, this is a lot of scrolling and looking for that same image. And also two friend, two friends, you know, where where are these guys? Somewhere in here. Right. Well, guess what? I don’t have to do that. Why don’t I have to do that?
Guess what? Because he’s in that bucket of website leads. I just click on send message. Right. And what happens? Genius Messenger CRM to the rescue.
It opens up that conversation. OK, so now look at that. Saved me time. I didn’t have to go scrolling through here. I don’t have to go sifting through and finding this this conversation. It pulled it right up. OK, so, you know, that’s obviously a major benefit. Saving me time, saving me scrolling through, you know, OK, I could have came over here and started typing and all of this or that, but I came into my CRM, OK, like and now I want to say, OK, well, let me talk to let me talk to one of my partners here.
So I click on partners and, you know, I want to talk to to my buddy D.J.. Right. So boom, I click on it. I’m there. I didn’t have to search. I did a couple of clicks and now we’re chatting, you know what I mean? It just saves you a bunch of time. And that’s you know, they say money is attracted to speed. This speeds up your Facebook, right? The speeds up your Facebook, you know, business tasks.
OK, so let’s let’s take a look a little bit more about about this. OK, so maybe, you know, maybe, you know, like my buddy Brian here, maybe Brian and I, we haven’t spoken in a bit and maybe or maybe we just got off the phone. Right. Because there’s other options here that I want to share with you guys. Maybe we just got off the phone and I’m like, oh, you know you know, Brian you know, Brian told me, you know, he’s got a, you know, a big job coming up.
And after this big job, he wants to redo his website. OK, so so OK. So I add a note. OK, I can literally click on a note for Brian. So I say, OK, Brian, you know, has a big job, you know, August, you know, first and wants to do a new website after. OK, now obviously you guys don’t do websites, so I can’t stress enough. Think about how you would use this in your business.
I just want to show you how I’m using it in mine. Right. So now, look, that note went in there. I could actually change it to a new website after, you know, maybe I want to put budget 10k. Right. And then I save that. OK, so now I’ve changed this message. So now what happens? OK, you know. Oh, wait, you know, where is that conversation with Brian? Right.
You know, I can either go in here and start typing or I can go back. Right. He’s a website lead. I go to Brian, click on send message. Right. Two clicks. Was that too? I think it was two two clicks. And now I’m right back into this conversation with him. Right. And now I could type anything and I could say, oh, Baba had the job go Brian. Oh, wait, I’m sorry.
I forgot that there’s another fantastic feature in Genius Messenger. OK, so if if you might take a look here, you might notice there’s now a little G right G4 genius because it is you know, I can I can click on this little gene. What happens. Right. So I click on this G and there’s a note. Brian has a big job August 1st and wants to do a new website after budget 10k. Right. So today is September 3rd.
I could send Brian a message because now now I reminded myself that he had a big job. He said they want to redo the site.
So, you know, I could touch base on them and say, you know. Hey, Brian, you know how the big jobs go, you know, whatever, you know, had the big job go, you know, you still shouldn’t getting a new site together now that you got all of those big bucks. Right. You know, talk about speeding up and, you know, making sure that I’m on top of things. Right. I could leave notes as soon as I get off a phone call or a video chat or whatever.
I can make a note about this person so that I don’t forget where we left off. Right. It’s I mean, it’s fantastic right now. I want to show you something else, right. This says Read notes. Guess what? There’s also another little thing you might notice here that says send message, OK, money is attracted to speed. Let’s speed up this process. If I hit send message. Right. Look at what I have here.
Callendar links, introductions, ATD and my links. Right. So maybe I want to send Brian a calendar like Brian. Let’s have a quick 15 minute call. So now I click on my calendar links, OK? And in that category of messages that I have pre canned, I say, hey, Brian, you know, I tap on this. I got a message in there. So it’s not working properly, but there we go.
OK, so now now it says, hey, let’s have a quick chat. Fifteen minutes max right now. I could modify this, right. I could say, you know, hey, Brian. Hey, Brian. You know, how’d the big job go? Questionmark. And then I could do, you know, enter, I don’t know, say let’s have a quick chat. Fifteen minutes max. Right. So, you know, it just it speeds up that process.
Right. And I had already started typing in a box. I’ll show you again on another one. Let’s say there was, you know, another another website lead. Right. Maybe my buddy Shane, you know, he had a big job coming up. And I want to do the same thing. Right. So I can show you how quickly it works. OK, so now, boom, I clicked. I’m in the conversation. Time saved.
Absolutely. Click on Genius Messenger. Right. Read notes. Oh, it said he’s got a big job coming up now. I want to send him a message. Let’s send him that calendar link. Let’s have a quick 15 minute chat. It refreshes to clear out the composer and then boom, let’s have a quick chat. Fifteen minute Max Beauvoir and now I can add a little bit more. I could, you know, customize it. Hey, Shane, you know, and that’s it.

You know, I remember you had that big job, OK, so, you know, it’s just it’s incredible. So. So what are we go over, you know, you could find your conversation fast, right? Timesaving. You can add notes. Right. For that person. Right. So now you’re on top of your game. You remember the conversation, you remember what was said. You know where at where where you’re at in your sales pipeline with them.
Right. You know, and you can also use the categories as a pipeline as well. Right? Like top of funnel, middle of funnel, bottom a funnel, you know, cold lead, warm lead. Hot lead. Right. You could do anything with those categories. But I want to show you so so we could send messages. We can add notes. Right. And then we also just went over the fact that we could send candy messages.
Right. So there’s three huge timesaving features. OK, I want to show you something else, though, something that is pretty fantastic in my opinion. You know, let’s let’s go here to to to Chad. Right. So maybe maybe, you know, Chad told me to get in touch with him, you know, tomorrow night or, you know, last night, you know, he said, hey, get in touch with me late tomorrow night so we can talk about this genius messenger CRM deal you got going right.
So I can actually set a notification for for Chad, OK? I can set a notification to be reminded of something. So let me show you how it works. Subject You know, maybe Chad wanted a website, right. That’s that’s how I may use it, you know, and I’ll put in my email here. And, you know, now I’m going to select a date. Right. Today’s September 3rd. So I select September 3rd. Right now it’s nine thirty eight.
So let me set a notification for nine forty. Right. Because let’s make pretend those twenty four hours ago and he said, get in touch on tomorrow night. And and then I said, what is the notification. Talk to Chad about website right now. I set that notification. Right. And just like the Popiel, the Popiel what turkey cocain product. You just set it and forget it. Right. So now that notification is set and I’m going about my day.
Right. So if you want to see, like, you know, the big picture here. Right. And we’ll get back to that notification in two minutes. You know, when you come in here with those global templates that we discussed before, when you’re in the message composer, you can have these sort of, you know, you know, ready to rock and roll. You could have calendar links. You could have introductions. You could have YouTube.
Links, you could have links to your website. You can have links to invoices you can have links to, you can have messages, precancer, anything like I have introductions, you know, maybe I have, you know, whatever, you know, end of conversation messages where you know something I just don’t want to type anymore. Right. And I want to say, you know, be safe and look forward to chatting again. Right. There’s a can message or, you know.

It’s actually a browser notification. OK, so while I’m here working, I could set a reminder for two minutes from now. I could set a reminder for two months from now. OK, that’s pretty amazing. You know, for that I used. Well, you know, I use outlook. OK, but guess what. Sorry, outlook. This is way faster and all of my business is getting done in the browser, so I’m going to start doing my notifications in the browser because that’s where I am.
I’m not hanging out in my outlook inbox and I don’t know about you, but when I have to create notes in Outlook, it’s kind of a pain in the butt. I feel like I’m filling out, you know, you know, a form for a 401k or something like that, you know, or, you know, trying to get a mortgage loan, you know, in here. It took me two minutes. Not even it took me 30 seconds to fill out that notification and pops up here.
And guess what? It’s not going away, OK? It’s staying there because it’s saying, James, you have to do this. And so I look. What is that? Oh, Chad Holyfield. I got to talk to him about a website. Fantastic. That’s right. We were talking last night and, you know, maybe I had too many Heineken lights and now, you know, now this remembered for me. Right? So it’s just I don’t know.
It’s just it’s just so helpful. I love it. It’s fantastic. Right. So so we went over the messaging.
It finds people in your messenger inbox like lightning, right? As fast as your browser can go. Basically, that would have been faster if it wasn’t for my my Internet connection. Right. Or my browser. My computer genius messenger popped it open within seconds. Right. So, you know, opening, finding those conversations, having reminders about those, you know, notes about those people setting notifications, browser notifications. I got to close this out. I just talked to Chad all as well.
We’re going to do the job, whatever the case may be. And that’s the thing is now, you know, let’s say, you know, let’s say it worked out OK. Now, I could take Chad out of my website leads. Right. And put him into, you know, maybe I’ll have like a current clients, current clients or which category was even and I don’t know, I’m bouncing around. But let’s say it, Shane. Now, I could delete him from my website leads.
Right. And then that that tag is no longer in my inbox. OK, so it’s just I tell you, it’s incredible. The stuff that you can do has Chad. I had him in my Facebook leads, but I was talking about websites just for the sake of talking. But you can now delete him out of there. OK, so I delete him out of my Facebook ads leads because he’s moving forward with Facebook ads. And, you know, maybe maybe I want to create a new a new bucket of people.
Right. Let’s do my current clients, OK? And, you know, maybe I’ll make this current clients. I’ll make this read because I love my clients and my current clients, you know, should should be, you know, towards the top of of my list. All right. These are my current clients. And, you know, maybe let’s see here. Let me let me find a current client here that here’s my buddy. Here’s my body cam.
Right. I’m going to move Cam and to my current clients. So let me see. You know, you could see right there, I love him. So he’s in red and boom, instantaneously. He is in that bucket. Right. He’s he’s current clients. I’m going to touch base with him often and make sure that I’m staying on top of the things that I need to do for him to help his business and be a part of growing his business.
Right. I’m telling you guys this. This software is going to just change the game for you.
